FEEDBACK

Midwife Norma Swagel is described again and again as steady, skilled, and deeply reassuring. Patients praise how she honors their birth plans while supporting them through every twist of labor — one credits her with solving the puzzle that finally made a VBAC possible after two C-sections. Others recall her calming pre-surgery nerves and checking in afterward. Whether catching a baby or teaching recovery tips, Norma makes patients feel safe, seen, and heard.
